安全PLC系统在物料搬运行业的应用

Application of safety PLC system in material handling industry

近些年,由于工业事故频发致使人员伤亡、财产损失和环境污染等问题,使人们更深刻认识到建立安全工业流程的必要性。国内外各行各业对于控制系统中电气控制功能的安全要求日益提高,许多欧美国家已经将此类要求作为项目投标的必要条件。目前,我国在这方面尚还处于发展初期,大部分设备都具有潜在的危险性且没有完善的防护措施,这也是安全事故频发的一个重要原因,因此,将安全系统应用于各行各业势在必行。文中重点介绍了安全PLC系统在物料搬运行业的应用情况,随着以人为本理念的深入贯彻,安全PLC系统未来会具有长远和持续性的发展,在未来的工业生产中尤其是物料搬运领域将得到更加广泛的应用。

In recent years,the frequent occurrence of industrial accidents resulting in loss of life,property damage and environmental pollution has led to a greater awareness of the need to establish safe industrial processes.Relevant safety requirements for the electrical control function in the control system are also increasingly stringent in all walks of life at home and abroad,many European and American countries have incorporated such requirements into the necessary conditions for project bidding.China is relatively lagging behind in this respect,and most of the equipment has potential risks and has not been provided with perfect protective measures,which is also an important reason for the frequent occurrence of safety accidents.Therefore,it is imperative to apply safety system to all walks of life.In this paper,the application of safety PLC system in material handling industry is mainly introduced.With the in-depth implementation of the people-oriented concept,the safety PLC system will usher in a long-term and sustainable development,and will be more widely used in future industrial production,especially in material handling.
