历史街区共生视野下的校园建筑改造与环境意象重构——以长郡中学为例

School Building Renovation and Environmental Image Reconstruction in the Context of Historic District Symbiosis:A Case Study of Changjun Middle School

摘要 历史街区是一个有机的生命体,其中的中小学校是此生命体中重要却又异质的组成部分,而校园改造则是其与街区取得共生的契机。文章通过介绍湖南长沙市长郡中学外立面改造的背景与设计特点,指出在面对高度复杂的建成环境与内生需求相交错时,尝试将建筑外立面及群形态扩展成为一种具有能动性的复合空间,并以共生理念来引导校园环境意象的重构,进而调节不同层次的建筑与环境共生关系。 Historic districts are organic entities,and schools are important but heterogeneous components of these organisms.Campus renovation presents an opportunity for symbiosis between schools and their neighborhoods.This paper introduces the background and design features of the facade renovation of Changjun Middle School in Changsha,Hunan Province,China,and highlights how the project attempted to transform the building facade and group form into a dynamic composite space with agency in response to the complex built environment and inherent needs.The project also used the concept of symbiosis to guide the reconstruction of the campus environment and adjust the symbiotic relationships between buildings and their environment at different levels.
