摘要
我国农村地区地广人稀,很多基础设施项目建设周期长、投资大、范围广。农村地区的道路崎岖不平使得交通极为不便,导致建设项目的材料和施工机械在运输上存在困难。在农村地区项目建设的过程中,由于监管力度不够和相关方重视程度不足,带来了施工进度缓慢、施工质量不合格、施工安全等问题。本研究从改变现有的现场施工模式出发,提出结合混凝土3D打印技术和装配式施工理念的新模式,以应对农村地区基础设施项目建设过程中面临的困难。研究分析表明,集成混凝土3D打印技术与装配式施工理念(3DP-PC)的施工模式,能够有效缓解以上问题,主要得益于空间上集中资源进行生产,实现了工厂化、数字化和机械化施工,大幅度提高了施工效率,保障了施工质量和安全。
In rural areas of China,the land is vast and the population is sparse.Many infrastructure projects in these areas have long construction periods,high investment,and wide scope.The rough and uneven roads in rural areas make transportation extremely inconvenient,resulting in difficulties in transporting materials and construction machinery for these projects.During the construction process in rural areas,insufficient regulatory efforts and inadequate attention from relevant parties have led to slow construction progress,substandard construction quality,and construction safety issues.This study proposes a new model that combines concrete 3D printing technology and prefabricated construction concepts to address the difficulties faced in the construction of infrastructure projects in rural areas,starting from changing the existing on-site construction mode.Research analysis shows that the construction model integrating concrete 3D printing technology and prefabricated construction concepts(3DP-PC)can effectively alleviate the aforementioned problems.This is mainly due to the centralized production of resources in space,achieving industrialized,digitized,and mechanized construction.It significantly improves construction efficiency and ensures construction quality and safety.
