摘要
基于光度滴定法研制了一种高锰酸盐指数在线分析仪,介绍了分析仪的分析流路,滴定反应装置,并对滴定终点判定方法进行了优化,同时对分析仪的性能进行了测定。研究结果表明:在0~20mg/L的量程范围内,分析仪的标准曲线的R^(2)值为0.9999;定量下限为0.29mg/L;重复性误差为0.42%,零点漂移与量程漂移分别为0.31%与0.35%,葡萄糖试验为0.61%,实际水样比对试验为6.92%。本分析仪方法灵敏度高,准确度高,精密度好,定量下限低,适于现场水质监测。
A permanganate index online analyzer is developed based on the luminosity titration method,and the titration endpoint determination method is analyzed,and the performance of the analyzer is determined.In the range of 0~20 mg/L,the results show that the R^(2) value of the standard curve of the analyzer is 0.9999;the lower quantitative limit is 0.29 mg/L;the repeatability error was 0.42%,the zero drift and range drift were 0.31%and 0.35%,respectively;the glucose test was 0.61%,and the actual water sample comparison test was 6.92%.This analyzer method has high sensitivity,high accuracy,good precision,low lower limit of quantification,and is suitable for site water quality monitoring.
