摘要
劳动教育是“五育并举”教育思想的重要组成部分,是培养社会主义接班人的重要途径,也是培育德智体美劳全面发展的新时代中国青年的重要方法。在“三全育人”视角下,高校劳动教育面临着“全员”育人协同不够、“全过程”育人纵深不足、“全方位”育人体系欠缺等现实困境,据此分析了全员理念尚不统一、全过程机制尚不完善、全方位保障体系尚未建立等原因。基于以上现实困境,高校加强劳动教育必须深入理解“三全育人”教育理念,营造劳动育人、劳动认同的社会氛围,改善高校毕业生就业观、择业观,实现劳动教育长效发展。
Labor education is an important part of the educational ideology of“simultaneous development of five educations”,an important way to cultivate socialist successors and develop the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and an important method to cultivate Chinese youth in the new era with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labor.From the perspective of“three-dimensional education”,labor education in colleges and universities is faced with practical difficulties such as insufficient coordination of“full-staff”education,insufficient depth of“whole-process”education,and the lack of an“all-round”education system,and analyzes the reasons why the concept of all staff is not unified,the whole-process mechanism is not perfect,and the all-round system has not yet been established.Based on the above practical predicament,colleges and universities must deeply understand the educational concept of“three comprehensive education”to strengthen labor education,stimulate initiative,enhance innovation,and coordinate systematically.The fundamental goal is to create a social atmosphere of labor education and labor identity;improve the employment outlook and career choice outlook of college graduates;realize the long-term development of labor education.
