摘要
临床专业研究生住院医师规范化培训是研究生培养的重要组成部分,提高住培医师规范化培训教学质量是培养医学高素质人才的重要保障。针对研究生住培医师规范化培训师资带教及管理方面存在的问题,锦州医科大学附属第一医院住培医师规范化培训基地结合自身情况,不断完善师资管理制度,建立有效激励机制,持续提升研究生住培医师规范化培训师资带教能力,提高住培医师规范化培训教学质量。
The standardized training of clinical postgraduates is an important component of their studies,and improving the quality of residential training is an important guarantee for training high-quality medical personnel.In view of the problems existing in the teaching and management of postgraduate residential training,the residential training base of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University has continuously improved the teacher management system and established an effective incentive mechanism,taking into account its own circumstances,we will continue to improve the teaching capacity of graduate students in residential training and improve the teaching quality of residential training.
