省域开放大学兼任兼职教师现状研究——以河北开放大学为例

摘要 开放大学的兼任兼职教师在落实创优提质战略中发挥着重要作用。以河北开放大学兼任兼职教师为研究对象,采用问卷与访谈形式开展调查研究,从教学动机、教学情况、教育技术使用、教学工作时间、相关管理制度意见建议以及管理难点六维度,了解省域开放大学兼任兼职教师现状,并采用定性与定量相结合方法对调研结果进行分类汇总分析。针对存在问题,提出通过建立健全兼任兼职教师的聘任、日常管理、培训、考核、激励等制度,加强兼任兼职教师管理的有效策略。 Part-time teachers in open universities play an important role in implementing the strategy of creating excellence and improving quality.Taking the part-time teachers of Hebei Open University as the research object,the questionnaire and interview were used to carry out investigation and study.From the six dimensions of teaching motivation,teaching situation,the use of educational technology,teaching working hours,relevant management system suggestions and management difficulties,the current situation of part-time teachers in provincial open universities was understood,and the survey results were classified and analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods.In view of the existing problems,the study puts forward effective strategies to strengthen the management of part-time teachers by establishing and improving the appointment,daily management,training,assessment and incentive systems of part-time teachers.
