河北省职业教育集团发展问题与对策研究

Research on the Development Problems and Countermeasures of Hebei Provincial Vocational Education Group

职业教育集团是推动职业教育体制改革、构建高质量职业教育体系的重要载体。近年来,河北省在职业教育集团的规模化、集团化和连锁化方面作出了有效探索,为河北省职业教育的发展和京津冀经济发展提供了支持。然而,在建设过程中存在一些问题,如校企利益不协调、集约效应难以发挥、资源共享不深入、集团影响力不足等。为解决这些问题,可以采用从命运共同体的视角来协调校企责任与利益关系,打造责任利益共同体;建立资源共享平台,发挥集团的规模效应;引入优质企业,开发特色品牌项目等优化策略。

The vocational education group serves as a pivotal force in driving the reform of vocational education system and establishing a high-quality vocational education system.In recent years,Hebei Province has made effective explorations in the scaling,grouping,and chaining of vocational education groups,providing support for the development of vocational education in the province and the economic growth in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.However,there are some problems in the construction process,such as the uncoordinated interests between schools and enterprises,the difficulty in exerting intensive effects,the lack of in-depth resource sharing,and the insufficient influence of the group.In order to solve these problems,optimization strategies can be implemented,such as coordinating the responsibilities and interests of schools and enterprises to establish a community of shared responsibilities and interests from the perspective of a community with a shared future,establishing a resource-sharing platform to leverage the group’s scale effects,and introducing high-quality enterprises and developing distinctive brand projects.
