单孔腹腔镜下完全腹膜外修补术治疗对成人腹股沟疝患者术后并发症及效果的影响

Effect of Single Port Laparoscopic Complete Extraperitoneal Repair on Postoperative Complications and Outcomes for Adult in guinal Hernia Patients

目的分析单孔腹腔镜下完全腹膜外修补术治疗对成人腹股沟疝患者术后并发症及效果的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月到本院接受完全腹膜外修补术治疗的100例成人腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象,采用电脑抽号法将患者分为研究组(n=50,单孔腹腔镜完成手术治疗)与常规组(n=50,常规腹腔镜完成手术治疗),对比两组患者接受不同治疗措施后的差异性。结果研究组临床有效率高于常规组(P<0.05),复发率低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者术前血清胃肠激素水平无明显差异(P>0.05),研究组术后1d、术后3d的GAS、MTL等指标水平均高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、术后出院时间均短于常规组,研究组患者术中出血量以及VAS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对成人腹股沟疝患者实施单孔腹腔镜下完全腹膜外修补术治疗,有效减少并发症的发生,有助于提高临床疗效,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze effect of single port laparoscopic total extraperitoneal repair on postoperative complications and outcomes of adult inguinal hernia patients.Methods The paper chose 100 adult inguinal hernia patients with complete extraperitoneal repair surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into study group(n=50,with single port laparoscopic surgery)and control group(n=50,routine with laparoscopic surgery)with computerized numbering method.Difference between two groups after different treatment measures was compared.Results Clinical effective rate of study group was higher than routine group(P<0.05),and recurrence rate was lower than routine group(P<0.05).in cidence of complications in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative serum gastrointestinal hormone levels between two groups(P>0.05).Levels of GAS,MTL,and other indicators in study group were higher than control group on day 1 and day 3 after surgery(P<0.05).Surgical time and postoperative discharge time of study group was shorter than control group,and intraoperative blood loss and VAS scores of study group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Single port laparoscopic complete extraperitoneal repair can reduce incidence of complications,improve clinical effect of adult inguinal hernia patients effectively,which has high application value.
