乳腺癌术后化疗致白细胞降低的护理措施及效果观察

Nursing Measures and Effect Observation of Leukopenia Induced by Chemotherapy after Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探究乳腺癌术后化疗致白细胞降低的护理干预措施及临床应用效果。方法随机选取2022年1—12月本院接收并予以治疗的80例乳腺癌术后化疗致白细胞降低患者入组。将其按照1∶1比例分为对照组(n=40例)及观察组(n=40),给予对照组患者常规护理干预,而观察组患者则进行综合护理干预,对比两组患者护理有效率及不良事件发生率。结果两组患者采用不同的护理干预措施后,观察组患者护理总有效率相比于对照组更高(P<0.05);对照组患者不良事件发生率较观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在乳腺癌术后化疗致白细胞降低患者的临床护理中应用效果显著,其能够提高护理有效率,降低感染发生率,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures and clinical application effect of chemotherapy induced leukopenia after breast cancer surgery.Methods 80 cases of breast cancer received and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected Patients with leukopenia induced by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery were enrolled.They were divided into control group(n=40 cases)and observation group(n=40),according to the ratio of 1:1.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing efficiency and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After the two groups of patients adopted different nursing intervention measures,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect in the clinical nursing of patients with leukopenia caused by chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery,which can improve the nursing efficiency,reduce the incidence of infection and improve the quality of life of patients.
