中药足浴配合足部按摩用于糖尿病周围神经病变的效果观察

Effect Observation of Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Foot Massage for Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察中药足浴配合足部按摩用于糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月在本院伴有周围神经病变的糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,并按照随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取中药足浴联合足部按摩,对比其临床运用价值。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05),SDS、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),中医症状以及足部神经筛查均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病周围神经病变患者实施中药足浴联合足部按摩,能够缓解患者临床症状,提升治疗效果并缓解不良情绪,稳定血糖水平,值得推广。

Objective To observe effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with foot massage on diabetes peripheral neuropathy.Methods The paper chose 80 hospitalized patients in our department from June 2022 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 40 in each groups:control group(treated with routine nursing)and observation group(with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with foot massage).Clinical application value between two groups was compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Blood glucose levels were lower than control group(P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and foot nerve screening were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and foot massage can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve curative effect,alleviate bad emotions,and stabilize blood sugar level of patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy,which is worthy of promotion.
