基于加速康复外科的术前运动训练应用于结直肠癌患者的效果

Effect of Preoperative Exercise training Based on Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery on Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的探讨基于加速康复外科的术前运动训练应用于结直肠癌患者的效果。方法将2021年2月—2022年2月南华大学附属第二医院肿瘤外科收治的97例结直肠癌患者纳入本次研究,随机分成观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=48)。对照组采用以加速康复外科干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予术前运动训练干预。观察两组临床转归时间、营养状况、日常生活能力以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组尿管留置、下床活动、首次进食、排气和排便以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3d,观察组前白蛋白(PRE)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)以及转铁蛋白(TRF)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组日常生活能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于加速康复外科的术前运动训练应用于结直肠癌患者能够促进临床转归,改善营养状况,提高日常生活能力,且并发症发生率更低。

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative exercise training based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery on patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 97 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of South China University from February 2021 to February 2022 were included in this study,and were randomly divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(48 cases).The control group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgical intervention,and the observation group was given preoperative exercise training intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical outcome time,nutritional status,daily living ability and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The duration of indwelling catheter,getting out of bed,eating for the first time,exhausting and defecating,and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three days after operation,the levels of prealbumin(PRE),hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB)and transferrin(TRF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The daily living ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of preoperative exercise training based on accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients with colorectal cancer can promote clinical outcome,improve nutritional status,improve daily living ability,and reduce the incidence of complications.
