协同护理模式在老年糖尿病护理中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Collaborative Nursing Model in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨协同护理模式在老年糖尿病护理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年6月—2022年6月本院收治的66例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用协同护理模式,评价两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组餐后2h血糖指标比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量改善得更明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理可有效调节患者血糖水平,能够预防和控制并发症的发生,有利于稳定患者病情;可为老年糖尿病护理工作的开展提供科学指导。

Objective To explore application value of collaborative nursing mode in nursing of elderly diabetes patients.Methods The paper chose 66 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as research objects,and divide them into control group and observation group randomly,with 33 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with collaborative nursing.Nursing effect between two groups was evaluated.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores of observation group were lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group had lower blood glucose levels at 2 hours after meals than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group showed more significant improvement in life quality than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing can regulate blood sugar level,prevent and control incidence of complications of patients effectively,help stabilize condition of patients,which can provide scientific guidance for nursing of elderly diabetes.
