鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Bird's Nest Nursing in Neonatal Nursing

目的研讨鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年7月—2023年3月本院就诊60例新生儿为样本数据,数组排列随机分组,对照组/30例(常规护理),实验组/30例(鸟巢式护理)。统计对比:①临床指标;②肠胃功能改善状况;③智力发育水平;④机体发育水平;⑤家属护理满意度。结果实施鸟巢式护理措施后,实验组对比对照组,多项研究数值有明确的改善趋势(P<0.05)。结论鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中,具有积极的护理价值,保障新生儿健康成长。

Objective To study the effect of bird's nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods From July 2020 to March 2023,60 neonates were treated in our hospital as sample data,and the array was randomly grouped into control group/30 cases(routine nursing)and experimental group/30 cases(bird's nest nursing).Statistical comparison:①clinical indicators;②improvement of gastrointestinal function;③intellectual development level;④the level of body development;⑤family nursing satisfaction.Results After the implementation of bird's nest nursing measures,the experimental group compared with the control group,a number of research values had a clear improvement trend(P<0.05).Conclusion Bird's nest nursing has a positive nursing value in neonatal nursing,to ensure the healthy growth of newborns.
