类风湿关节炎患者发生肌少症风险预测模型研究进展

Research Progress on Risk Prediction Models of Sarcopenia of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

肌少症是类风湿关节炎的常见并发症,发病率逐年上升,主要与年龄增长、炎症因子、维生素D缺乏、长期使用激素、疾病活动度相关,通过对近年来类风湿关节炎合并肌少症发生现状及影响因素、风险预测模型相关研究进行综述,为进一步构建类风湿关节炎患者发生肌少症风险预测模型提供依据,以协助护士早期筛查高危患者,找准预防干预时机,降低发病率,提高生活质量。

Myopenia is one of common complications of rheumatoid arthritis,whose incidence is increasing year by year,mainly related to age,inflammatory factors,vitamin D deficiency,long-term use of hormones,disease activity,etc.The paper reviews research on occurrence,influencing factors and risk prediction models of rheumatoid arthritis with myopenia in recent years,to provide basis for further constructing risk prediction model of myopenia of rheumatoid arthritis patients,and assist nurses to early screen high-risk patients,identify right time for prevention and intervention,reduce incidence and improve life quality of patients.
