中医护理技术干预卒中后疲劳的研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Nursing Techniques in the Intervention of Post-stroke Fatigue

卒中后疲劳是卒中患者常见的伴随症状。作为卒中后长期存在的问题,随着其他症状的恢复,疲劳可能成为唯一后遗症而持续存在,既影响患者康复进程,也给照顾者带来沉重负担。本文主要对近10年中医护理技术干预卒中后疲劳的现况进行综述,通过分析其病因病机,并阐述干预方法及效果,以期为今后护理人员开展相关研究提供参考。

Post-stroke fatigue is a common concomitant symptom of stroke patients.As a long-term problem after stroke,fatigue may become the only sequelae and persist with the recovery of other symptoms,which not only affects the recovery process of patients,but also brings heavy burden to caregivers.This article mainly reviews the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology intervention in post-stroke fatigue in the past 10 years,analyzes its etiology and pathogenesis,and expounds the intervention methods and effects,in order to provide reference for future nursing staff to carry out related research.
