急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者不同肺保护性通气策略的效果比较

Effect Comparison of Different Lung Protective Ventilation Strategies for Patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的观察临床上治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征疾病,实施不同肺保护性通气策略后的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2023年3月本院治疗的急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者60例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。其中,试验组患者采用小潮气量肺保护性通气联合俯卧位通气干预,对照组患者采用小潮气量肺保护性通气干预。干预后,比对试验对象之间的治疗总有效率、并发症的发生率、血气指标。结果治疗工作开展后,试验组干预对象治疗总有效率,比对照组更高(P<0.05);并发症发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05);氧分压、血氧饱和度比对照组更高,二氧化碳分压比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论在试验组的治疗过程中,给予急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者小潮气量肺保护性通气联合俯卧位通气干预,其实施后的效果相对较好。

Objective To observe effect of different lung protective ventilation strategies in clinical treatment of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome in our hospital from February 2020 to March 2023,and divided them into experimental group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases with random number table method.Experimental group was treated with low tidal volume lung protective ventilation combined Prone position ventilation intervention,while control group with low tidal volume lung protective ventilation intervention.After intervention,total effective rate of treatment,incidence of complications,and blood gas indicators were compared between groups.Results After treatment,total effective rate of research values in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Obtained research values of oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation,as well as evaluation results of intervention subjects in experimental group,were higher than control group,carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment process of experimental group,low tidal volume lung protective ventilation combined Prone ventilation intervention can achieve relatively good effect for patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome.
