不同剂量的阿托伐他汀钙联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病伴高脂血症的效果及安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of Different Doses of Atorvastatin Calcium Combined with Metoprolol for Coronary Heart Disease with Hyperlipidemia

目的分析不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙与美托洛尔联合在冠心病伴高脂血症治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法选择2022年12月—2023年7月在本院接受治疗的冠心病伴高脂血症患者88例为研究对象,根据阿托伐他汀钙的服用剂量不同分组,对照组给予10mg/d阿托伐他汀钙与美托洛尔联合治疗,治疗组给予20mg/d阿托伐他汀钙与美托洛尔联合治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组LVEF和HDL-C指标高于对照组,CO和LDL-C指标低于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α、hs-CRP指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大剂量阿托伐他汀钙联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并高脂血症疗效显著,安全性高,可大力推广。

Objective To analyze effect and safety of different doses of high-dose atorvastatin combined with metoprolol in treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia.Methods The paper chose 88 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia in our hospital from December 2022 to July 2023 as subjects,and divided them into different groups based on dosage of atorvastatin calcium.Control group was treated with combination of 10mg/d atorvastatin calcium and metoprolol,while treatment group with combination of 20mg/d atorvastatin calcium and metoprolol.Treatment effect was observed between two groups.Results Total effective rate of control group and treatment group after treatment were 77.27%and 95.45%respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF and HDL-C indicators in treatment group were higher than control group,while CO and LDL-C indicators were lower than control group(P<0.05),TNF-α,hs CRP index was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose atorvastatin calcium combined with metoprolol can achieve significant curative effect and high safety in treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia,which can be widely promoted.
