脑卒中吞咽障碍国内研究热点及趋势的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Research Hotspots and Trends of Stroke Dysphagia in China

目的以CiteSpace软件为工具,探究国内脑卒中吞咽障碍领域研究热点及趋势,为该领域的发展提供参考。方法检索中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库2012—2022年收录的与脑卒中吞咽障碍领域相关的文献,进行可视化分析。结果最终纳入文献4629篇,整体发文量呈波动性上升趋势。研究热点主要集中在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的治疗方法、康复训练和生活质量三方面,神经功能、营养状况预计成为该领域的研究趋势。结论通过CiteSpace的客观分析,直观地展现了国内近10年脑卒中吞咽障碍的研究热点及趋势,为今后该领域的研究提供参考。

Objective To explore research hotspots and trends in field of stroke dysphagia in China with tool of CiteSpace software,and provide reference for development of the field.Methods The paper retrieved literature related to stroke dysphagia from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,Wanfang database,and VIP database,with search period of 2012-2022,and carried on visual analysis.Results 4629 articles were ultimately included,and overall publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend.Analysis of the author and institution showed WANG Fang had the highest number of publications,with main research institutions of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals.Research hotspots mainly focused on treatment methods,rehabilitation training,and life quality of stroke patients with swallowing disorders.Neurological function and nutritional status were expected to be research trends in the field.Conclusion objective analysis of CiteSpace can present research hotspots and trends of stroke dysphagia in China during the past decade intuitively,provide reference for future research in the field.
