老年脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the current status of functional exercise compliance and its influencing factors in elderly stroke patients

目的探讨老年脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取2021年10月至2023年3月在成都市郫都区人民医院住院的脑卒中患者421例为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、功能锻炼依从性量表、社会支持评定量表、脑卒中知识问卷及康复自我效能量表分别评估患者功能锻炼依从性、社会支持、卒中知识和自我效能情况。结果老年脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性量表总分(36.05±4.59)分。功能锻炼依从性与社会支持、卒中知识、康复自我效能均呈正相关(r=0.677、0.683、0.674,P<0.01)。回归分析结果显示,是否为首发卒中、患者的付款方式、社会支持总分、卒中知识总分及康复自我效能总分是脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性处于中等水平,医护人员可根据依从性的影响因素,制定针对性的措施,以提高卒中患者的功能锻炼依从性水平。

Objective To investigate the current status of functional exercise compliance in elderly stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Stroke patients in the Pidu District People's Hospital from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected by using convenience sampling method.General information questionnaire,functional exercise compliance scale,social support rating scale,stroke knowledge questionnaire and rehabilitation self-efficacy scale were used to assess patients'functional exercise compliance,social support,stroke knowledge and self-efficacy,respectively.Results The total score of the functional exercise adherence scale in the elderly stroke patients was 36.05±4.59.Functional exercise compliance was positively correlated with social support,stroke knowledge and rehabilitation self-efficacy(r=0.677,0.683 and 0.674,all P<0.01).Regression analysis showed that whether it was the first stroke and patient's payment method,the total score of social support,total score of stroke knowledge and total score of rehabilitation self-efficacy were the main influencing factors of functional exercise compliance(P<0.05).Conclusions The functional exercise compliance of elderly stroke patients is at an intermediate level.Healthcare professionals can develop the targeted measures to improve the functional exercise compliance of stroke patients according to the factors affecting compliance.
