体模辅助情景模拟教学法在儿科影像技术规范化培训中的应用

摘要 目的探讨体模辅助情景模拟教学法在儿科影像技师规范化培训及临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法2020年7月—2021年7月,以在四川大学华西第二医院放射科进行规范化培训的20名在读影像技术专业学生为研究对象;根据随机数字法分为2组,对照组采用传统理论教学模式,试验组采用体模辅助情景模拟教学法。通过理论、实践技能考核、自我评价以及不记名调查问卷等形式评估两种教学法的效果。结果试验组基础理论知识、操作规范及临床应变能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组课后的自我评价中专业认知高于课前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组重复进行理论知识考核,试验组分值提升值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用体模辅助情景模拟教学法优于传统理论教学模式。采用体模辅助情景模拟教学法进行儿科放射科技师规范化培训在理论知识掌握、设备操作规范及临床应变能力有明显提升,并且记忆效果更好。 Objective To explore the application effect of the scenario simulation teaching method assisted by body models in the standardized training and clinical skills teaching of pediatric imaging technicians.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021,a total of 20 students of imaging technology major who were trained in the Department of Radiology of West China Second Hospital of Sichuan University were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method.The control group used the traditional theoretical teaching mode,and the experimental group used the body model-assisted scenario simulation teaching method.The effects of the two teaching methods were evaluated through theoretical and practical skills assessments,self-evaluation,and anonymous questionnaire.Results The basic theoretical knowledge,operational norms,and clinical adaptability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-evaluation of professional cognition in the experimental group after class was higher than that before class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group and the control group underwent repeated theoretical knowledge assessments,and the score improvement value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of model assisted scenario simulation teaching method is superior to traditional theoretical teaching mode.The standardized training of pediatric radiology technicians using the scenario simulation teaching method assisted by body models has significantly improved their theoretical knowledge mastery,equipment operation standards,and clinical adaptability,and their memory effect is better.
