基于雨课堂和线上会议的PBL教学法在免疫学教学中的应用

摘要 免疫学是医学基础课程的一部分,是医学院学生必修的重要课程,具有严谨的逻辑性和抽象的内容,教学难度比较大。以往免疫学的教学模式很多以教师为中心,以“注入式、满堂灌、教师讲、学生听”为主,很难充分调动学生的学习主动性,使得许多学生对该课程的学习望而生畏,兴趣全无。随着互联网的发展和技术的进步,网络学习已经成为一种普遍和便捷的学习方式,如何对学生开展线上智慧教学,提高学生学习自主性,保证学习效果,是本课题组目前亟待解决的问题。近年来随着问题导向学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法的引入,许多免疫学专业教师也进行了相关的教改研究授课教师借雨课堂和腾讯会议构建的智慧环境,使得PBL教学法能更灵活的运用。文章就基于雨课堂和腾讯会议的PBL教学法在免疫学课程中的应用进行系统性评价,探究其优势和局限性,深入探索该教学模式对于免疫学教学的意义。 Immunology is a basic courses in medical education,and a compulsory main course for medical college students.It has strong logic,abstract content and great teaching difficulty.In the past,many teaching modes of immunology were teacher centered,with teachers speaking and students listening.It was difficult to fully mobilize students'learning initiative,which made many students afraid of the course and had no interest in it.Students need online learning,how to develop online intelligence teaching,improve learner autonomy and ensure learning effectiveness.In recent years,with the introduction of PBL teaching method,many immunology teachers have also carried out relevant teaching reform research.With the smart environment built by rain classroom and Tencent conference,the application of PBL teaching method becomes more and more flexible.This paper systematically evaluates the application of PBL(Problem-Based Learning)teaching method based on rain classroom and Tencent conference in immunology courses,to explore its advantages and limitations,and deeply explore the significance of this teaching method for immunology teaching.
