精神科临床实习带教中叙事性带教方式的应用效果分析

摘要 目的对叙事性带教方式应用于精神科临床实习带教中的应用效果进行研究。方法选取2019年3月—2021年9月在医院精神科实习的36名应用心理学专业本科生为研究对象,随机分成对照组与研究组,各18名。对照组行常规带教,研究组行叙事性带教,对比2组实习医生教学满意度、成绩通过率、考核成绩,同时对比研究组实习医生对叙事性带教方式态度。结果研究组教学满意度为100%,高于对照组的61.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组成绩通过率为94.44%,高于对照组的66.67%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组医患沟通、理论知识、实践操作和思维拓展等成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);大部分研究组学生对叙事性带教持肯定态度,人数远多于持否定态度和不清楚的学生。结论叙事性带教方式在精神科临床实习带教中可取得明显效果,可全面提高实习医生教学满意度和考核成绩,整体效果较好,具备一定的精神科临床实习应用价值。 Objective To study the application effect of narrative teaching methods in psychiatric clinical internship teaching.Methods A total of 36 undergraduate students majoring in applied psychology who interned in the hospital's psychiatric department from March 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 18 students in each group.The control group was given routine teaching,while the research group was given narrative teaching.The teaching satisfaction,passing rate,and assessment scores of the two groups of interns were compared,and the attitude of the research group's interns towards narrative teaching methods was also compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the research group with teaching was 100%,which was higher than 61.11%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pass rate of the research group was 94.44%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The research group had higher scores in doctor-patient communication,theoretical knowledge,practical operations,and thinking expansion compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Most of the students in the research group have a positive attitude towards narrative teaching,with a much larger number of students holding a negative attitude and being unclear.Conclusion Narrative teaching methods can achieve significant results in psychiatric clinical internship teaching,comprehensively improving the satisfaction and assessment scores of interns in teaching.The overall effect is good,and it has certain clinical internship application value in psychiatry.
