从“心合小肠”探讨中医药调节肠道微生态防治冠心病

Discussing the Regulation of Intestinal Micro-ecology by Traditional Chinese Medicine to Prevent and Treat Coronary Heart Disease from the Perspective of"Heart and Small Intestine"

很多有关中医药治疗冠心病的研究发现,合理的应用中药可以有效减轻冠心病患者的症状,改善心肌功能,达到降低血脂水平,抑制血小板聚集,抗氧化,抗炎等目的。而肠道菌群的结构改变同样可以影响心血管疾病的发生和发展。这正暗合了中医基础理论中“心与小肠相表里”这一点,通过干预肠道菌群可以作为一种新的潜在的治疗冠心病的方法。很多实验证明中医药可以通过调节肠道菌群来影响冠心病的发病机制,从而达到治疗冠心病的目的。该文综述了既往研究中有关中医药治疗冠心病对肠道菌群的影响,以期为临床提供参考。

Many studies on the treatment of coronary heart disease with traditional Chinese medicine have found that the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease,improve myocardial function,reduce blood lipid levels,inhibit platelet aggregation,antioxidant,and anti-inflammatory.Structural changes in intestinal flora can also affect the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.This coincides with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine that“the heart and the small intestine are related to each other”,and intervention of intestinal flora can be used as a new potential method to treat coronary heart disease.Many experiments have proven that traditional Chinese medicine can affect the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease by regulating intestinal flora,thereby achieving the purpose of treating coronary heart disease.This article reviews previous studies on the impact of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease on intestinal flora,with a view to providing clinical reference.
