基于“三焦气化”探讨阳虚型高血压病的治疗思路

Based on"Sanjiao Gasification"to Explore the Treatment of Yang-deficiency Type Hypertension

阳虚型高血压是机体阳气不足,脏腑阳气衰弱所致的气血津液代谢障碍类疾病。而三焦是运行气血津液的通道,气的升降出入、血与津液的输布与代谢、以及脏腑功能的协调皆依赖于三焦的气化功能。文章从“三焦气化”理论着手,阐释其与阳虚型高血压病的关系,提出阳虚型高血压病的治疗重点在于温通。并归纳阳虚型高血压病的两大基本治法为温通三焦水气和温通脏腑气机,对本型高血压病的治疗具有重要参考意义。

Yang-deficiency hypertension is a kind of disease caused by the deficiency of Yang qi,the weakness of zang-fu Yang Qi and the decline of function.The three jiao is the channel of qi,blood and body fluid,the rise and fall of qi,the transport and metabolism of blood and body fluid,and the coordination of zang-fu function all depend on the gasification function of three jiao.Starting from the theory of"three jiao gasification",this paper explains the relationship between it and Yang-deficiency hypertension,and puts forward that the treatment of Yang-deficiency hypertension should focus on warm circulation.The two basic treatment methods of Yang-deficiency hypertension are warming sanjiao water and warming zang-fu qi,which have important reference significance for the treatment of this type of hypertension.
