益气化浊解毒汤治疗慢性胃炎的疗效及对患者T淋巴细胞亚群表达的影响

Effects of Yiqi Huazhuo Jiedu decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis and its influence on the expression of T lymphocyte subsets

目的探究益气化浊解毒汤治疗慢性胃炎的疗效及对患者T淋巴细胞亚群表达的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2021年7月湖北省地质职工医院诊治的72例慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规西医综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以益气化浊解毒汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胃脘疼痛、胃脘胀满、纳差、嗳气积分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1个月,两组胃脘疼痛、胃脘胀满、纳差、嗳气积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1个月,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论益气化浊解毒汤治疗慢性胃炎效果确切,能减轻患者中医症状,改善T淋巴细胞亚群表达,提高机体免疫力,且无严重不良反应,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Huazhuo Jiedu decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis and its influence on the expression of T lymphocyte subsets.Methods 72 patients with chronic gastritis diagnosed and treated in Hubei Geological Staff Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western comprehensive treatment,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huazhuo Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,expression of T lymphocyte subsets and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric fullness,poor appetite and belching between the two groups;after 1 month of treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric fullness,poor appetite and belching of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)between the two groups;after 1 month of treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Yiqi Huazhuo Jiedu decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis,can reduce the TCM syndromes and improve the expression of T lymphocyte subgroups,the immunity of the body,and has no serious adverse reactions,with high safety.
