康复新液联合奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者凝血功能和炎症因子的影响

The effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole on coagulation function and inflammatory factors in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨康复新液联合奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者凝血功能和炎症因子的影响。方法选取2020年8月至2021年9月在萍乡市人民医院进行诊治的60例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式分为对照组与联合组,每组30例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,联合组采用奥美拉唑联合康复新液治疗。比较两组治疗效果(腹痛消失时间、血压平稳时间、止血时间)、治疗前与治疗3 d后的凝血功能指标[血浆纤维蛋白原、血清D-二聚体(D-D)]、炎症因子指标[血清皮质醇(Cor)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]和不良反应发生情况。结果联合组腹痛消失时间、血压平稳时间及止血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3d后,联合组血浆纤维蛋白原及血清D-D、Cor、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血,能有效、快速地缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者的凝血功能,降低炎症因子水平,且不良反应较少。

Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole on coagulation function and inflammatory factors in patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 60 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the combination group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,while the combination group was treated with omeprazole combined with Kangfuxin liquid.The treatment effects indexs(abdominal pain disappearance time,blood pressure stabilization time,and hemostasis time),coagulation function indicators(plasma fibrinogen,serum D-dimer[D-D]),inflammatory factors(serum cortisol[Cor],hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP])before and 3 days after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The abdominal pain disappearance time,blood pressure stabilization time,and hemostasis time in the combination group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,the levels of plasma fibrinogen,and serum D-D,Cor,hs-CRP in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kangfuxin liquid and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which can effectively and quickly alleviate clinical symptoms,improve coagulation function and inflammatory factor levels,and have fewer adverse reactions.
