Miller金字塔原理的模拟教学分层模式应用于产科高危妊娠课程中的效果

摘要 目的探究Miller金字塔原理的模拟教学分层模式应用于产科高危妊娠课程中的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月于赣州市第五人民医院产科高危妊娠课程中实习的60名学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30名。对照组采取传统教学方法,观察组实施Miller金字塔原理的模拟教学分层模式,比较两组理论考核及临床技能成绩、临床操作能力考核评分及教学满意度评分。结果观察组理论考核、病历书写考核、提问及发言考核成绩及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后,观察组会阴切开缝合术、妇科检查评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组调动学习主动性、提升学习成就感、培养职业素养、增强师生互动、继续学习意愿、加强小组协作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科高危妊娠课程中采用Miller模拟教学分层模式效果显著,能促使其学生理论知识、专业技能的提升,并提高教学满意度,值得在产科高危妊娠课程中推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of Miller pyramid principle simulation teaching hierarchical model in obstetrics high-risk pregnancy.Methods 60 students who practiced in the high-risk pregnancy course of Obstetrics in the Ganzhou No.5 People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group implemented the Miller pyramid principle simulation teaching hierarchical model.The theoretical assessment,clinical skill scores,clinical operation ability assessment scores and teaching satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores and total scores of theoretical assessment,medical record writing assessment,questioning and speech assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the scores of perineal incision suture,gynecological examination and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mobilizing learning initiative,improving learning achievement,cultivating professional quality,enhancing teacher-student interaction,continuing learning willingness and strengthening group cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Miller pyramid principle simulation teaching hierarchical model in the obstetric high-risk pregnancy course is effective,which can improve their theoretical knowledge and professional skills,and improve their teaching satisfaction,which is suitable for promotion in the obstetric high-risk pregnancy course.
