随着人口老龄化程度加深,老年人口逐渐增多,养老问题日益凸显。老年人患有慢性疾病或是同时患有多种慢性疾病的风险高,共患病除了影响老年人日常生活能力外,还可能导致老年人健康寿命及寿命的缩短。而医疗干预手段可以改善老年患者的疾病预后、提高生存质量。因此,在养老机构内完善相应的医疗保障机制成为主流趋势。

With the deepening of population aging,the elderly population is gradually increasing,and the issue of elderly care is becoming increasingly prominent.Elderly people have a high risk of suffering from chronic diseases or multiple chronic diseases.Comorbidities may not only affect their daily living ability,but also lead to a reduction in their healthy quality or lifespan.Medical intervention methods can improve the prognosis of elderly patients and their quality of life.Therefore,improving the corresponding medical security mechanism within elderly care institutions has become a mainstream trend.
