医科院校创新创业教育现状调查及政策建议

Investigation and policy suggestions on innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical schools

目的了解医科院校创新创业教育现状,并对存在的问题给出合理化的政策建议。方法利用自制的调查问卷对全国27个省市自治区的41所公办医学本科院校的在读学生进行抽样调查,共回收有效问卷1197份。结果调查结果显示,学生对创新创业教育课程目标和学习要求认知不明确,学习课程的动力不足;院校课程设置不合理,课程教育内容与现实脱节,医科院校创新创业基地普及率有较高提升空间;以及和非医科院校毕业生相比,医科院校毕业生选择自主创业的比例更小。结论医科院校创新创业教育现状不容乐观,需要科学合理的政策建议做出引导,推动医科院校的创新创业教育良好发展。

Objective To understand the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical schools and provide reasonable policy recommendations corresponding to the existing problems.Methods The self-made questionnaire was used to sample the students from 41 public medical undergraduate colleges in 27 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,and 1197 valid questionnaires were collected.Results The survey results showed that from the perspective of students,their understanding of the goals and learning requirements of the innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum is unclear,and their motivation to learn the curriculum is insufficient.From the perspective of the school,the curriculum of the university is unreasonable,the educational content of the curriculum is disconnected from reality,and the popularization rate of innovation and entrepreneurship bases in medical colleges has a high range of improvement.We also found that the proportion of medical college graduates choosing to start their own businesses is smaller than that of non-medical college graduates.Conclusions The current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical schools is not optimistic,and scientific and reasonable policy suggestions are needed to guide the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical schools.
