64排螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA在冠心病诊断中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of 64-slice Spiral CT Coronary Artery CTA in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

目的研究64排螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2020年12月—2022年12月本院收治的冠心病的患者68例,将冠状动脉造影作为诊断的金标准,对全部患者实施64排螺旋CTA诊断,分析诊断的价值。结果64排螺旋CTA诊断敏感度为0.9841、特异度为0.8、准确性为0.9706、误诊率为0.2、漏诊率为0.0159、阳性预测值为0.9841、阴性预测值为0.8、假阳性率为0.2、假阴性率为0.0159、正确指数为0.7841;64排螺旋CTA诊断下轻度狭窄检出率90.00%、中度狭窄96.15%、重度狭窄100.00%、冠状动脉闭塞100.00%。结论运用64排螺旋CTA诊断冠心病效能较高,同时可对不同狭窄程度鉴别诊断,值得运用。

Objective To investigate the application value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery CTA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods 68 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from our hospital from December 2020 to December 2022.All patients were diagnosed with 64-row spiral CTA by using coronary angiography as the gold standard,and the diagnostic value was analyzed.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 64-row spiral CTA were 0.9841,the specificity was 0.8,the accuracy was 0.9706,the misdiagnosis rate was 0.2,the missed diagnosis rate was 0.0159,the positive predictive value was 0.9841,the negative predictive value was 0.8,the false positive rate was 0.2,the false negative rate was 0.0159,correct index was 0.7841.The detection rate of mild stenosis was 90.00%,moderate stenosis 96.15%,severe stenosis 100.00%and coronary artery occlusion 100.00%under 64-row spiral CTA diagnosis.Conclusion 64-row spiral CTA is effective in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and can be used in the differential diagnosis of diffe rent stenosis degrees.
