光学相干断层成像扫描在眼底黄斑疾病筛查中的应用效果

Application of OCT in Screening for Fundus Macular Disease

目的分析光学相干断层成像扫描(optical coherence to mography,OCT)在眼底黄斑疾病筛查中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2022年7月在本院接受眼底黄斑疾病筛查者156例为研究对象,男性筛查者和女性筛查者的数量分别为79例、77例,均采用OCT眼底黄斑部疾病筛查,对145例筛查者的筛查结果进行报道,并分析OCT筛查眼底黄斑疾病的影响。结果根据本次研究可以了解到,入选156例受检者中3例(1.92%)受检者认为眼底黄斑部疾病是50岁以下人群致盲主要原因,131例(83.97%)受检者不熟悉眼底黄斑部疾病,153例(98.08%)受检者不知道如何预防和治疗眼底黄斑部疾病。在本次筛查中发现33例(21.15%)受检者黄斑部视网膜前膜,41例(26.28%)受检者为黄斑区视网膜劈裂,35例(22.43%)受检者为单纯性黄斑出血,47例(30.14%)受检者为黄斑裂孔,本次研究黄斑部视网膜前膜、黄斑区视网膜劈裂、单纯性黄斑出血以及黄斑裂孔筛查符合率均为100.00%。结论合理应用OCT筛查各类型眼底黄斑部疾病具有非常积极的作用,可以有效提升确诊眼底黄斑部疾病的概率,对提升这一类疾病的治愈率具有积极作用。

Objective To analyze the application of optical coherence tomography(OCT)in the screening of fundus macular disease.Methods The time range of this study is from July 2021 to July 2022.A total of patients receiving fundus macular disease screening were selected There were 156 subjects,79 males and 77 females respectively,who were screened for fundus macular disease by OCT.The screening results of 145 subjects were reported,and the influence of OCT screening for fundus macular disease was analyzed.Results According to this investigation,among the 156 subjects,3 cases(1.92%)believed that fundus macular disease was the main cause of blindness in people under 50 years old,131 cases(83.97%)were not familiar with fundus macular disease,and 153 cases(98.08%)did not know how to predict macular disease prevention and treatment of fundus macular diseases.In this screening,33 cases(21.15%)of the subjects were found to be macular preretinal membrane,41 cases(26.28%)were found to be macular retinal splits,35 cases(22.43%)were found to be simple macular hemorrhage.47 cases(30.14%)were macular hiatus.In this study,the consistency rate of screening for macular preretinal membrane,macular split,simple macular hemorrhage and macular hiatus were all 100.00%.Conclusion The reasonable application of OCT for screening various types of fundus macular diseases has a very positive effect,and can effectively improve the diagnosis of fundus macular diseases Oct has a positive effect on improving the cure rate o f this kind of diseases.
