老年糖尿病患者护理工作中引入协同护理服务理念的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Introducing the Concept of Collaborative Nursing Service into Nursing Work of Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的探究协同护理服务理念在老年糖尿病患者护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月—2021年5月本院纳入的136例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组及实验组,每组68例。参照组进行传统护理,实验组在传统护理基础上引入协同护理服务理念,观察比较两组患者健康生活方式、血糖水平、心理状态的变化。结果引入协同护理服务理念干预后,实验组健康生活方式各维度评分显著高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组焦虑及抑郁评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病患者护理工作中引入协同护理服务理念干预后,能促使患者养成健康生活方式,改善患者心理状况及血糖控制效果。

Objective To explore the effect of collaborative nursing service concept in nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 136 diabetic patients enrolled in our hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group with 68 cases in each group according to random number table method.The reference group received traditional nursing,and the experimental group introduced the concept of collaborative nursing service on the basis of traditional nursing,and observed and compared the changes of healthy lifestyle,blood sugar level and mental state of patients in the two groups.Results After the introduction of the concept of collaborative nursing service intervention,the scores of healthy lifestyle in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);Fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,Hemoglobin A1c and other indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion After introducing the concept of collaborative nursing service intervention in nursing work of elderly diabetic patients,it can promote patients to develop a healthy lifestyle,improve their psychological status and blood sugar control effect.
