摘要
目的:比较Trima与Amicus血细胞分离机采集献血者双份血小板产品的效率。方法:选取2022年5月~2023年5月本中心接受采血体检的男性人员为分析样本,纳入60例数据,上述入选样本均采用不同类型的血细胞分离机(Trima与Amicus)进行双份血小板采集和分析,对上述采集速率、采集效率、全血处理量、采血后血小板(PLT)、采集时间、抗凝剂使用量(ACD-A)、不良反应发生率进行分析。结果:Trima组全血处理量为(3169.77±301.28)mL、Amicus组全血处理量为(3178.28±256.33)mL,Amicus组献血反应发生率低于Trima组,发生例数分别为7例、8例,占比分别为11.67%、13.33%,上述对比显示Trima、Amicus全血处理量、不良反应发生率差异小,统计学分析结果无意义(P>0.05);Trima组采集时间短于Amicus组,Amicus组ACD使用量低于Trima组、采血后PLT高于Trima组,上述各指标差异对比有意义(P<0.05);Trima组采集速率高于Amicus组,Amicus组采集效率低于Trima组,统计学差异对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论:在采集献血者双份血小板效率分析中,Trima的采集时间最短,ACD-A使用量最多,但Amicus献血后PLT较Trima高,因此,上述不同类型的血细胞分离机各具优势,应根据献血者实际状况灵活选择,进而最大限度的提高血小板采集效率。
Objective:To compare the efficiency of blood donor double platelet products collected by Trima and Amicus blood cell separator.Methods:Male personnel who underwent blood collection and physical examination at our center from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the analysis samples,and 60 cases of data were included.The selected samples were collected and analyzed using different types of blood cell separators(Trima and Amicus)for dual platelet collection and analysis.The collection rate,collection efficiency,whole blood processing volume,platelet count after blood collection(PLT),collection time,and anticoagulant dosage(ACD-A)were compared Analyze the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The whole blood processing volume of the Trima group was(3169.77±301.28)mL,while that of the Amicus group was(3178.28±256.33)mL.The incidence of blood donation reactions in the Amicus group was lower than that in the Trima group,with 7 and 8 cases respectively,accounting for 11.67%and 13.33%,respectively.The above comparison showed that the difference in whole blood processing volume and incidence of adverse reactions between Trima and Amicus was small,and the statistical analysis results were not significant(P>0.05);The collection time in the Trima group was shorter than that in the Amicus group.The ACD usage in the Amicus group was lower than that in the Trima group,and the PLT after blood collection was higher than that in the Trima group.The differences in the above indicators were significant(P<0.05);The collection rate of the Trima group was higher than that of the Amicus group,and the collection efficiency of the Amicus group was lower than that of the Trima group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the efficiency analysis of collecting dual platelet samples from blood donors,Trima has the shortest collection time and the highest ACD-A usage.However,after Amicus blood donation,the PLT is higher than Trima.Therefore,the different types of blood cell separators mentioned above have their own advantages,and should be flexibly selected according to the actual situation of the blood donor,in order to maximize the efficiency of platelet collection.
