无创呼吸机辅助治疗对肺癌根治术后并发呼吸衰竭患者氧代谢及并发症风险的影响

摘要 目的:探讨无创呼吸机辅助治疗对肺癌根治术后并发呼吸衰竭患者氧代谢及并发症风险的影响。方法:选取天津市某三级甲等医院2022年1月~2022年12月90例肺癌术后并发呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为两组,每组各45例患者,对照组采取常规治疗方案,观察组采取常规治疗加无创呼吸机治疗方案,对此展开调查研究。结果:治疗后观察组ScvO_(2)、PvO_(2)、CERO_(2)水平均高于对照组;治疗后观察组治疗有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的66.67%;观察组并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的22.22%;观察组满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的66.67%。结论:无创呼吸机辅助治疗对肺癌根治术后并发呼吸衰竭患者疗效佳,大幅度减少并发症发生率,更加安全、有效。 Objective:To investigate the effects of non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy on oxygen metabolism and complication risk in patients with respiratory failure after radical lung cancer surgery.Methods:Select 90 postoperative respiratory failure patients with lung cancer from a tertiary grade A hospital in Tianjin from January 2022 to December 2022,randomly divide into two groups,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received conventional treatment plus non-invasive ventilator treatment.Conduct research.Results:After treatment,the levels of ScvO_(2),PvO_(2)and CERO_(2)in observation group were higher than those in control group.After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of control group 66.67%.The complication rate of observation group was 4.44%,lower than that of control group 22.22%.The satisfaction rate of observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that of control group 66.67%.Conclusion:Non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy is effective for patients with respiratory failure after radical lung cancer surgery,greatly reducing the incidence of complications,more safe and effective.
