锁骨钩钢板与Endobutton带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的效果对照

Comparative Analysis of Clavicular Hook Plate and Endobutton Belt Loop Plate in the Treatment of Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

目的:对比分析锁骨钩钢板与Endobutton带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年8月~2022年8月医院骨科收治的110例肩锁关节脱位患者,随机分组,其中55例行锁骨钩钢板治疗,另55例行Endobutton带袢钢板治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果:Endobutton带袢钢板组的临床疗效优良率高于锁骨钩钢板组,P<0.05。Endobutton带袢钢板组患者的术中出血量明显少于锁骨钩钢板组,其切口长度明显短于锁骨钩钢板组,P<0.05。Endobutton带袢钢板组术后6个月的Constant-Murley各维度评分及总评分均明显高于锁骨钩钢板组,P<0.05。结论:Endobutton带袢钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效优于锁骨钩钢板,具有疗效优良率高、创伤小、无需再次拆取内固定物、术后肩锁关节功能恢复佳等优点。

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of clavicular hook plate and Endobutton belt loop plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods:A total of 110 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were randomly assigned.55 of them received clavicular hook plate treatment and the other 55 received Endobutton with loop plate treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy rate of Endobutton plate with loop was higher than that of clavicular hook plate group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in Endobutton with loop plate group was significantly less than that in clavicular hook plate group,and the incision length was significantly shorter than that in clavicular hook plate group,P<0.05.The Constant-Murley scores and total scores of Endobutton plate with loop were significantly higher than those of clavicular hook plate group 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Endobutton plate with loop in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation is superior to that of clavicular hook plate,which has the advantages of high efficacy rate,less trauma,no need to remove the internal fixation again,and good postoperative function recovery of acromioclavicular joint,etc.
