摘要
目的:评价急诊无创呼吸机治疗急诊慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年8月~2022年8月至本院接受诊治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者180例,以随机分组的方式将180例患者分为两个组别,其中常规组纳入患者90例,予以持续低流量吸氧,研究组90例予以急诊无创呼吸机治疗,评价分析各组治疗效果。结果:研究组患者较常规组各项血气指标改善得更为明显,P<0.05;研究组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC以及QOL评分均明显更高于常规组,P<0.05;研究组患者炎性因子显著低于常规组,P<0.05;研究组患者SAS、SDS评分均较常规组更低,P<0.05。结论:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施无创呼吸机治疗予以干预,这种治疗方式可以明显提高其生活质量,改善其临床各项指标,治疗效果显著。
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of emergency non-invasive ventilator on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in emergency.Methods:180 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received treatment at our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected.The 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 90 patients in the conventional group receiving continuous low flow oxygen inhalation and 90 patients in the study group receiving emergency non-invasive ventilation treatment.The treatment effects of each group were evaluated and analyzed.Results:The study group showed a more significant improvement in various blood gas indicators compared to the conventional group,with P<0.05;The FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,and QOL scores of the study group patients were significantly higher than those of the conventional group,with P<0.05;The inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,with P<0.05;The SAS and SDS scores of the study group patients were lower than those of the conventional group,with P<0.05.Conclusion:Noninvasive ventilatory therapy can significantly improve the quality of life and clinical indicators of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,with significant therapeutic effects.
