YZT-03型妇产科镇痛电子治疗仪在无痛分娩中的效果评价

Evaluation of Effect of YZT-03 Electronic Analgesic Therapeutic Instrument in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Painless Labor

目的:分析在产科无痛分娩的过程中YZT-03型妇产科镇痛电子治疗仪的应用效果。方法:在医院妇科接受无痛分娩的产妇中随机抽取48例作为研究对象,根据随机双盲法将产妇分为人数相同的研究组(n=24)与参照组(n=24),参照组产妇实施常规分娩干预,研究组产妇运用YZT-03型妇产科镇痛电子治疗仪实施分娩干预。结果:研究组产妇产程时间、分娩方式、疼痛评分、新生儿Apgar评分、产后出血量以及并发症发生率存在显著差异,P<0.05。分娩前两组产妇心理状态无显著差异,P>0.05;分娩后研究组产妇心理状态更为稳定,P<0.05。结论:对于自然分娩产妇来说YZT-03型妇产科镇痛电子治疗仪的应用获得了相对较为理想的无痛分娩效果,有助于产妇与新生儿各项指标的更好改善。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of YZT-03 electronic analgesic instrument in the process of painless labor in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 48 cases were randomly divided into study group(n=24)and control group(n=24),the control group was given routine delivery intervention,and the study group was given delivery intervention with YZT-03 electronic instrument.Results:There were significant differences in the duration of labor,delivery mode,pain score,Apgar score,postpartum hemorrhage and complication rate in the study group(P<0.05).Before delivery,there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05;After delivery,the study group was more stable,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of YZT-03 electronic analgesic instrument in obstetrics and gynecology has achieved relatively ideal effect of painless labor for the parturient women of natural labor,and it is helpful to improve the indexes of parturient women and neonates.
