可摘式钛合金牙周夹板在牙周病治疗中的应用

目的:本研究旨在深入探讨可摘式钛合金牙周夹板在治疗牙周炎方面的应用效果,通过对患者口腔在治疗前后的健康状况进行详尽的分析,评估夹板对患者口腔功能和生活质量的影响,以及其在治疗过程中对牙周炎症状的缓解程度。旨在为可摘式钛合金牙周夹板在牙周炎治疗中的实际应用提供更为全面和深入的了解,为临床实践提供科学依据和参考依据。方法:从福建省级机关医院口腔中心2018年1月~2022年1月的病例中选择60例患者。在严格的筛选条件下,排除存在全身性重大疾病和牙齿发育异常的患者。本研究将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组使用可摘式钛合金牙周夹板进行牙周病修复治疗,对照组使用可摘式局部义齿进行牙周病修复治疗。研究过程中对两组患者的临床状态进行评分并统计分析,包括牙周袋深度、牙龈出血情况、菌斑覆盖情况、咀嚼功能、临床疗效以及术后并发症发生情况。对两组患者于治疗前、治疗后两个阶段的各项牙齿功能状况进行记录及评分。结果:两组临床疗效对比,两组患者的基本信息在统计学上未存在显著差异(P>0.05),治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组;术后并发症发生率治疗组低于对照组。结论:使用可摘式钛合金牙周夹板进行治疗可以有效改善临床指标,促进牙周病康复,提高治疗效果,并且术后并发症的发生率较低。

Objective:This study aims to deeply explore the effect of removable titanium alloy periodontal splint in the treatment of periodontitis,through the detailed analysis of the oral health status before and after the treatment,to evaluate the impact of the splint on the oral function and quality of life,and the degree of remission of periodontitis symptoms during the treatment.The aim is to provide a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the practical application of removable titanium alloy periodontal splint in the treatment of periodontitis,and to provide a scientific basis and reference basis for clinical practice.Methods:60 patients were selected from the dental center of Fujian Provincial Governmental Hospital from January 2018 to January 2022.Under strict screening conditions,patients with a systemic major disease and abnormal tooth development were excluded.In this study,60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group used removable titanium alloy periodontal splint for periodontal repair,and the control group used removable local denture for periodontal repair.During the study,the clinical status of both groups was scored and statistically analyzed,including periodontal pocket depth,gingival bleeding,plaque coverage,masticatory function,clinical efficacy,and the occurrence of postoperative complications.The functional status of the two groups before and after treatment was recorded and scored.Results:Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the basic information(P>0.05);The total response rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group;The postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of removable titanium alloy periodontal splint can effectively improve the clinical index,promote the recovery of periodontal disease,improve the treatment effect,and the incidence of postoperative complications is low.
