手供一体化管理在消毒供应中心管理中对腔镜器械损坏率、周转效率及预处理合格率的影响

Effect of Integrated Hand Supply Management on the Damage Rate,Turnover Efficiency and Preconditioning Qualification Rate of Endoscopic Instruments in the Management of Disinfection Supply Center

目的:分析手供一体化管理在消毒供应中心管理中对腔镜器械损坏率、周转效率及预处理合格率的影响。方法:选取本院在2021年3月~2021年10月20名工作人员及300件手术器械为对照组,2021年11月~2022年5月20名工作人员及300件手术器械为观察组,分别实施常规处理及手供一体化管理,分析两组相关数据。结果:观察组工作人员对腔镜器械消毒管理相关知识评分、周转效率、预处理合格率、工作质量相关评分均高于对照组,且腔镜器械损坏率、不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手供一体化管理能够大大降低腔镜器械的损坏率,提高器械的周转及合格率。

Objective:To analyze the impact of integrated manual supply management on the damage rate,turnover efficiency,and pre-treatment qualification rate of endoscopic instruments in the management of disinfection supply centers.Methods:20 staff members and 300 surgical instruments from our hospital from March 2021 to October 2021 were selected as the control group,and 20 staff members and 300 surgical instruments from November 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the observation group.Routine treatment and integrated manual supply management were implemented separately,and relevant data from the two groups were analyzed.Results:The observation group’s staff scored higher on knowledge related to disinfection management of endoscopic instruments,turnover efficiency,pre-treatment qualification rate,and work quality related scores than the control group,and the damage rate and total incidence of adverse events of endoscopic instruments were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated management of manual supply can greatly reduce the damage rate of endoscopic instruments,improve the turnover and qualification rate of instruments.
