耳鼻喉科日间手术器械的配置管理方案应用效果分析

摘要 目的:分析优化日间手术器械的配置管理方案在耳鼻喉科的应用效果。方法:研究时间为2021年1月~2021年12月,研究对象为本院耳鼻喉科的200台日间手术,在2021年1月~2021年6月,本科室日间手术器械的配置管理方案采取常规方法,共100台手术,数据均纳入对照组;在2021年7月~2021年12月,对本科室日间手术器械的配置管理方案加以优化,共100台手术,数据均纳入优化组,针对两组数据展开对照分析。结果:优化组手术医生对日间手术器械配置管理方案的总满意度显著较对照组更高,P<0.05;该组手术医生对日间手术器械配置管理方案应用价值的评分统计结果均显著较对照组更高,P<0.05;该组不良事件发生率统计结果相对更低,P<0.05。结论:在耳鼻喉科日常工作开展中,采取优化日间手术器械的配置管理方案整体效果显著,有助于降低各类不良事件的发生概率,且手术医生对此较为满意,适合普及。 Objective:To analyze the effect of optimizing the allocation management scheme of day surgical instruments in otolaryngology.Methods:The study period was from January 2021 to December 2021,and the subjects were 200 daytime operations in the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital.From January 2021 to June 2021,the allocation and management of daytime surgical instruments in the Department adopted the conventional method,and a total of 100 operations were included in the control group.From July 2021 to December 2021,the allocation and management scheme of the daytime surgical instruments in our department was optimized,a total of 100 surgeries were performed,and the data were all included in the optimization group.A comparative analysis was carried out on the data of the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction of surgeons in the optimal group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;The scores and statistical results of the application value of day surgical instrument allocation management scheme were significantly higher in this group than in the control group,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse events in this group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the daily work of otolaryngology department,the overall effect of optimizing the allocation management program of daytime surgical instruments is significant,which is helpful to reduce the probability of various adverse events,and the surgeons are more satisfied with it,which is suitable for popularization.
