季节性河道生态治理模式与实践——以水阜河水生态治理实践为例

摘要 针对现有季节性河道存在水资源短缺、季节性断流、生态环境脆弱、暴雨季节易出现洪水肆虐等问题,以兰州新区水阜河生态治理过程为研究对象,探索出了河湖岸水系联通、流域生境重构的生态治理模式。水阜河治理前后水质、植被、水生动植物监测数据显示:治理后水质由劣Ⅴ类水改善为Ⅳ类水;岸坡植被错落有致、物种类型增多,植被覆盖率达到90%以上;水生动物生物多样性及数量有了明显上升。研究成果可为湿陷性黄土地区季节性流域生态治理提供参考,进一步助力实现黄河流域“水清岸绿、河畅景美”的水生态风景。 The study aims to address problems faced with seasonal river channels such as water scarcity,seasonal zero flow,fragile ecosystems,and susceptibility to rampant flooding during heavy rainfall seasons.With the ecological management process of Shuifu River in Lanzhou New District as a case study,we have explored an ecological management model involving river and lake system connection and watershed habitat reconstruction.Monitoring data on water quality,vegetation,aquatic flora and fauna before and after the treatment of the Shuifu River reveals significant enhancements.To be specific,the water quality has been improved from Class V to Class IV;shoreline vegetation now displays a patchy distribution with an enriched variety of species and coverage over 90%;biodiversity and aquatic animal populations have risen significantly.The research results offer insights for the ecological management of seasonal watersheds in the humid loess area,and contribute to the vision of a water ecological landscape of the Yellow River Basin featured by clear waters,green banks,smooth rivers and captivating landscapes.
