结直肠管状腺癌患者CDX2蛋白表达及其与不同临床特征的相关性

CDX-2 Protein Expression in Colorectal Tubular Adenocarcinoma Patients and Its Relationship with Different Clinical Features

目的:观察结直肠管状腺癌患者的人尾型同源盒转录因子2(caudal type homeobox transcription factor 2,CDX2)蛋白表达及其与不同中医体质及临床特征的相关性。方法:将92例结直肠管状腺癌患者作为研究组,选取同期92例体检健康者为对照组,根据中医体质九分法将研究组患者分为气虚组22例,阳虚组23例,湿热组25例,平和组22例,比较研究组与对照组及不同中医体质组患者CDX2蛋白表达水平,并分析不同临床特征与CDX2表达的相关性。结果:研究组患者结直肠组织中CDX2的阳性表达率低于对照组(P<0.05);气虚组、阳虚组、湿热组患者CDX2阳性表达率均低于平和组(P<0.05);CDX2与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小等临床特征无关(P>0.05),与患者肿瘤分化程度和淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05);CDX-2在结直肠管状腺癌患者结直肠组织中的表达与肿瘤分化程度呈正相关(r=0.671,P<0.001),与淋巴结转移情况呈负相关(r=-0.582,P<0.001)。结论:结直肠管状腺癌患者结直肠组织中CDX-2蛋白阳性表达水平降低,气虚、阳虚、湿热等偏颇体质患者结直肠组织中CDX2蛋白表达水平降低,CDX2蛋白表达水平能在一定程度上反映结直肠管状腺癌患者病情。

Objective:To observe the protein expressions of human caudal type homeobox transcription factor 2(CDX2)in patients with colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma and to analyze its relationship with different TCM constitutions and clinical characteristics.Methods:Ninety-two patients with colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma were selected as the study group,and 92 healthy patients with physical examination were selected as the control group.According to the nine-point method of Chinese medicine constitution,the patients in the study group were divided into 22 cases of Qi deficiency group,23 cases of Yang deficiency group,25 cases of dampness-heat group,and 22 cases of peaceful group.To compare the expressions of CDX2 protein in patients with different TCM constitutions and the patients in the two groups,to analyze the relationships between the different clinical characteristics and CDX2 expressions.Results:The positive expression rate of CDX2 in the colon tissues of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate of CDX2 in Qi deficiency group,Yang deficiency group and damp-heat group was lower than that of the peaceful group(P<0.05);CDX2 was irrelated to clinical characteristics such as the age,gender and the size of tumor(P>0.05),related to the degree of differentiation of the tumors and the metastasis of lymph nodes of the patients(P<0.05);CDX2 expression in colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation of the tumor(r=0.671,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis(r=-0.582,P<0.001).Conclusion:The positive expression of CDX2 protein is reduced in patients with colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma,and the reduction of CDX2 protein expressions in biased constitution such as Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and dampness-heat,and CDX2 protein expression can reflect the condition of colorectal tubular adenocarcinoma patients to some extent.
