Application Effect And Adverse Event Influence Of Link Management In Geriatric Psychiatry Department

目的探究环节管理在老年精神科的应用效果及不良事件影响。方法选取2021年7月—2023年7月在本院精神科接受治疗的68例老年患者为研究对象,将其应用摸球法进行分组并开展不同临床护理手段,比较组间护理效果差异。纳入对照组、观察组样本量均有34例,所对应的护理方案为常规护理、环节管理。结果将患者住院期间所发生的不良事件进行统计,结果显示统计值观察组更低(P<0.05)。于管理前后评估两组患者精神病症状严重程度,管理前两组治疗未见明显差异(P>0.05),管理后BPRS评分值观察组参数更低(P<0.05)。评价两组家属对护理措施的满意度,各维度满意度评分值均观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论精神科接受治疗的老年患者于其护理管理工作中应用环节管理,对降低老年患者临床不良事件发生率、促进其精神症状改善及提升家属护理满意度的价值显著。

Objective To explore application effect and adverse event influence of link management in geriatric psychiatry department.Methods The paper chose 68 elderly patients in psychiatric department of our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023,and divided them into groups with touching ball method,treated with different clinical nursing methods,compared difference of nursing effect between groups.34 cases each were included in control group and observation group,treated with routine nursing and link management.Results Adverse events statistics during hospitalization in observation group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Severity of psychiatric symptoms was evaluated before and after management between two groups,there was no significant difference between two groups before management.BPRS scores of observation group were lower than control group,with P<0.05.Evaluation showed,satisfaction degree of family members with nursing measures of each dimension was higher in observation group,P<0.05.Conclusion Link management can achieve significant value in reducing incidence of clinical adverse events,improving mental symptoms,and enhancing satisfaction degree of family nursing during nursing management of elderly patients with psychiatric treatment.
