母乳喂养日间病房运行对母乳喂养社会支持维度调查及影响因素分析

Breastfeeding Day-Care Unit Operation:A Survey on Dimensions of Social Support for Breastfeeding and Influencing Factors Analysis

目的调查分析母乳喂养日间病房运行对母乳喂养社会支持维度的影响因素。方法调查2022年12月—2023年4月因发生母乳喂养问题在我院母乳喂养日间病房就诊的足月单胎产妇,应用一般情况问卷、母乳喂养自我效能量表和社会支持量表,对产妇进行调查,分析母乳喂养自我效能和社会支持情况,分析其影响因素。结果发生母乳喂养问题的产妇母乳喂养自我效能总分高于人工喂养方式产妇(P<0.05);产妇在社会支持水平方面与母乳喂养自我效能之间存在相关性(P<0.05);单因素分析得出,专业技术、情感支持、社会利用资源支持的社会支持对产妇母乳喂养自我效能产生影响(P<0.05)。结论产妇是否获得社会资源利用支持、家人支持、减少母乳喂养相关并发症的发生均对母乳喂养自我效能水平的提高及延长母乳喂养时间造成影响,给予正确的母乳喂养相关技能帮助和指导,构建产后延续性护理新模式,有助改善母乳喂养现状。

Objective To investigate and analyze influencing factors of breastfeeding day-care unit operation on social support dimension of breastfeeding.Methods The paper carried on survey on full-term singleton parturients with breastfeeding issues in breastfeeding daycare unit of our hospital from December 2022 to April 2023,investigated self-effect and social support of breastfeeding,and analyzed influencing factors with general situation questionnaire,breastfeeding self-effect scale and social support scale.Results Total self-effect scores of breastfeeding parturients with breastfeeding problems were higher than those with artificial feeding(P<0.05).There was correlation between maternal social support level and self-effect of breastfeeding(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed social support from professional skills,emotional support,and social resource utilization had effect on breastfeeding self-effect of parturients(P<0.05).Conclusion Social resource utilization support,family support,and lowering incidence of breastfeeding related complications have effect on improvement of self-effect level and extension of breastfeeding time of parturients.Providing correct breastfeeding related skills assistance and guidance,constructing a new model of postpartum continuity nursing,can help improve current situation of breastfeeding.
