家庭医生签约式服务对慢性病患者治疗依从性的影响研究

A Study of the Effect of Contracted Family Physician Service on Treatment Compliance in Patients with Chronic Diseases

目的本研究旨在分析探究家庭医生签约式服务对慢性病患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取本社区卫生服务中心及站2022年1月—2023年6月健康管理的慢性病患者96例作为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组48例,对照组实施常规慢性病管理,观察组在此基础上纳入家庭医生签约式服务。对两组患者的治疗依从性(遵医嘱用药、合理饮食、科学运动、定期监测、定期复诊)进行评估比较;对两组患者管理后的生活质量(GQOLI-74)以及护理管理满意度进行比较。结果观察组的治疗依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GQOLI-74评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组的护理管理满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论在慢性病患者中实施家庭医生签约式服务具有十分优异的价值,能够显著改善患者的治疗依从性,从而促进生活质量与预后的改善,具有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of contracted family doctor service on treatment compliance of patients with chronic diseases.Methods In this study,96 patients with chronic diseases who were under health management in our community health service center and station from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was subjected to routine chronic disease management,and the observation group was included into family doctor contracted service on this basis.The treatment compliance of the two groups of patients(medication according to the doctor's advice,reasonable diet,scientific exercise,regular monitoring,regular return visit)was evaluated and compared;The quality of life after management(GQOLI-74)and the satisfaction of nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).The GQOLI-74 score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of nursing management in the observation group was 95.83%,higher than 81.25%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family doctor contract service in chronic disease patients has excellent value,which can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients,thus promoting the improvement of quality of life and prognosis,and has the value of clinical promotion and application.
