艾司奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Esomeprazole Combined with Octreotide in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Patients Complicated with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探讨对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者施以艾司奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗的临床价值。方法选取2021年4月—2023年4月本院收治的消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者180例为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和干预组,每组90例。对照组采取艾司奥美拉唑治疗,干预组采取艾司奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗。比较两组治疗效果、输血量、止血时间、血红蛋白水平、不良反应。结果干预组治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组输血量少于对照组(P<0.05),干预组止血时间少于对照组(P<0.05),干预组血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者的效果较好,有利于减少输血量,缩短止血时间,提高止血成功率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore clinical value of esomeprazole combined with octreotide in treatment of peptic ulcer patients complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods The paper chose 180 peptic ulcer patients complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with esomeprazole,and intervention group with esomeprazole combined with octreotide treatment.Treatment effect,blood transfusion volume,hemostasis time,hemoglobin,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Intervention group had higher curaitve effect(P<0.05),lower blood transfusion volume(P<0.05),shorter hemostasis time(P<0.05),and higher hemoglobin levels(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of esomeprazole and octreotide is effective for peptic ulcer patients complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,can reduce blood transfusion volume,shorten hemostasis time,improving hemostasis success rate,which has high clinical application value.
