微创拔牙技术在糖尿病人牙拔除术中的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Tooth Extraction Technique in Tooth Extraction of Diabetic Patients

目的观察在糖尿病患者牙拔除术中应用微创拔牙技术的临床效果。方法选取42例糖尿病患者76颗患牙进行研究,均采取微创拔牙技术处理,观察术后并发症发生率、手术用时以及患者的情绪状态。结果患者无术后感染、创口愈合障碍并发症情况,仅有1例患者牙窝轻度损伤,术后患者空腹血糖指标为8.88mmol/L,手术用时为10min以内,患者焦虑情绪存在较大改善(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施微创拔牙技术治疗可避免患者出现手术应激情况,减少并发症发生率,保证治疗的安全性,同时能消除患者对拔牙的恐惧以及紧张情绪,保证糖尿病患者的拔牙配合度。

Objective To observe clinical effect of minimally invasive tooth extraction for diabetes patients.Methods The paper chose 76 teeth of 42 patients with diabetes treated with minimally invasive tooth extraction technology from January 1,2023 to June 30,2023 for study.Incidence of postoperative complications,duration of surgery and emotional state of patients was observed.Results According to statistics of complications,there was no postoperative infection or wound healing obstruction.Only one case had mild damage to tooth socket.Postoperative blood glucose index of the patient was 8.88mmol/L,surgical time was within 10 minutes.Anxiety was improved significantly,P<0.05.Conclusion Minimally invasive tooth extraction technology can avoid surgical stress,reduce incidence of complications,ensure safety of treatment,eliminate fear and tension and ensure compatibility of diabetes patients with tooth extraction.
