安列克联合缩宫素治疗有子宫收缩乏力高危因素产妇产后出血的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Anlek Injection Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Women with High Risk Factors of Uterine Fatigue

目的探讨安列克联合缩宫素治疗高危风险产妇产后出血的效果。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月入住本院的高危因素产妇,所有产妇均有子宫收缩乏力表现,共60例,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组30例,对照组单独使用缩宫素,研究组在对照组基础上用安列克注射液,对比两组的疗效、实际出血量、凝血功能和不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后1h、2h、24h的出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产妇治疗后血红蛋白水平上升比对照组更明显(P<0.05);凝血酶原时间与活性凝血酶时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且研究组增加药物治疗方案后,不良反应未增加,两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对因子宫收缩乏力所致的产妇产后出血采取安列克注射液与缩宫素的联合治疗方案效果显著,可快速止血,减少出血量,不良反应少,安全性高,建议推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of anlek injection combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in high risk parturient.Methods A total of 60 cases of high-risk factor parturient women admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022,all of whom had uterine contraction weakness,were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method.There were 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin alone,while the study group was treated with anlek injection on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,actual blood loss,coagulation function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of 93.33%in the study group was higher than that of 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The blood loss at 1h,2h and 24h postpartum in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin level of the study group after treatment was more significantly increased(106.65±7.07)than that of the control group(94.36±6.89)(P<0.05).Prothrombin time and active thrombin time were shorter than those in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);In addition,the adverse reactions did not increase after the addition of drug therapy in the study group,and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of anlek injection and oxytocin has significant effect on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine weakness,which can quickly stop bleeding,reduce the amount of blood loss,less adverse reactions and high safety,and it is recommended to be popularized.
