互联网慢性病管理模式在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Internet Chronic Disease Management Model in Blood Glucose Control of Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的探究互联网慢性病管理模式在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用价值分析。方法选择2021年1月—2023年5月本社区接收2型糖尿病患者84例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)、观察组(n=42),对照组接受常规治疗管理,观察组在对照组基础上加施互联网慢性病管理模式,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果治疗管理30d后观察组SDSCA量表各维度均较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗管理30d后观察组HbAlc、FBG、2hPG血糖水平均较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗管理14d后、治疗管理30d后观察组WHOQOLBREF量表评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论互联网慢性病管理模式用于本社区医院2型糖尿病患者治疗管理中,可提高其自我管理行为,促进血糖控制效果,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore application value of Internet chronic disease management model in blood glucose control of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods The paper chose 84 patients with type 2 diabetes in our community from January 2021 to May 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)randomly.Control group was treated with routine treatment management,observation group with the Internet chronic disease management model on the basis of control group.Intervention effect was compared between two groups.Results After 30 days of treatment management,all dimensions of SDSCA scale in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment management,blood glucose levels of HbAlc,FBG,and 2hPG in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment management and 30 days of treatment management,the WHOQOL-BREF scale scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet chronic disease management model can improve self-management behavior,promote effect of blood sugar control,and improve life quality of patients with type 2 diabetes in our community hospital,which is worthy of promotion.
